Job Description

About Lyra Health
Lyra Health is a leading provider of evidence-based mental health care, serving more than 20 million people globally in partnership with employers and more than 100 million through health plan and partner relationships. The company has delivered more than 15 million sessions of mental health care, published more than 35 peer-reviewed studies, and delivered unmatched outcomes in terms of access, clinical effectiveness, and cost efficiency. Extensive peer-reviewed research confirms Lyra’s transformative care model helps people recover twice as fast and results in a 26% annual reduction in overall healthcare claims costs. Lyra is transforming access to life-changing mental health care through Lyra Empower, the only fully integrated, AI-powered platform combining the highest-quality care and technology solutions.

About the Role: As the Strategic Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we value, package, and go to market with our solutions. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Pricing, this role is a hybrid mandate: you will serve as the primary owner for our Channel pricing operations and strategy while stepping up to drive core deal execution across other critical verticals, including Health Plans, Health Systems, and New Product launches.

You will establish governance, eliminate market conflict, manage day-to-day Deal Desk operations, and collaborate closely with GTM, Product, Finance, and Legal leaders to protect margins and accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

Channel Pricing Strategy & Operations (Primary Focus):

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel-specific pricing policy, operational workflow, and staffing framework.

  • Standardize contracting and pricing structures, creating reusable templates for channel partners.

  • Build a tracking mechanism to identify channel exposure and handle overlapping business unit conflicts early in the sales cycle (e.g., Channel vs. HP/HS).

  • Define criteria for "high-value" partners to refine the sales prospecting funnel and curate partner relationships.

  • Track and standardize channel revenue share percentages while monitoring channel-specific margin performance.

New Product & Global Pricing Governance:

  • Serve as the point of contact for Health Plan and Health System (HP/HS) quote generation policies and commercial strategy.

  • Manage complex commercial structures for Health Plans (Fee-For-Service, bundled care fees, value-based incentives) and Health Systems (rack rates, vendor plans, marketing agreements, MOUs).

  • Embed a structured pricing workstream directly into the product commercialization lifecycle, collaborating with GMs and vertical leaders prior to launch to prevent unvetted contracting risks.

  • Assist in aligning International well-being pricing and policies with standard Employer guardrails, helping transition legacy session-based models to unified global structures.

  • Support the annual price book and pricing policy refresh cycle, helping operationalize governance frameworks across all organizational verticals.

  • Stand up and track key pricing analytics and dashboards to measure win-rates, price realization, and leakage reduction.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of total experience in Strategy, Finance, or Business Operations

  • Experience in Healthcare, Digital Health, or similarly regulated industries is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in building pricing models from scratch and presenting recommendations.

  • Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles and unit economics.

  • Collaborative team player.

  • Excellent analytical skills, including expert proficiency with MS Excel, Google sheets and financial modeling.

  • Self-starter, capable of driving business outcomes.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.

As a full-time Strategic Pricing Manager, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000 to $146,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.

Annual salary is only one part of an employee’s total compensation package at Lyra. We also offer generous benefits that include:

  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life and disability insurances)

  • Lyra for Lyrians; coaching and therapy services

  • Equity in the company through discretionary restricted stock units

  • Competitive time off with pay policies including vacation, sick days, and company holidays

  • Paid parental leave

  • 401K with up to 3% matching

  • Monthly tech allowance

  • We like to spread joy throughout the year with well-being perks and activities, surprise swag, regular community celebration…and more!

We can’t wait to meet you.
