  • Understand customer business models, usage trends, and product adoption to inform growth strategies.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and updates in Salesforce or CRM.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in account executive, customer success, or renewal-focused sales roles.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed expansion and renewal targets.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ); skilled at building trust and handling objections diplomatically.

  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to leverage customer data and product usage insights.

  • Comfortable with contract terms and commercial discussions.

  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Gainsight, or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B healthcare companies

  • Experience working in a CS-led or post-sale sales model.

  • Understanding of the healthcare landscape and customer pain points.

What Success Looks Like

  • 95%+ renewal rate on owned accounts

  • Measurable expansion revenue from upsell/cross-sell activity

  • Consistently positive feedback from CSM and cross-functional partners

  • Deep account mapping and commercial forecasting accuracy
