Lyra Health is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic GTM Enablement team, with a strong focus on content creation, program design, and live facilitation. This is a hands-on GTM Enablement position where you will be directly responsible for developing and delivering enablement programs that empower our Sales and Customer Success teams to drive exceptional value for our prospects and customers.

In this role, you will be the bridge between GTM strategy and field execution. You will design engaging learning journeys and facilitate live sessions that empower our teams to communicate Lyra’s value. You are someone who loves the craft of enablement, building the story, coaching the rep, and using cutting-edge AI to make those experiences more personalized and effective.

Responsibilities

Enablement Program Design, Creation, Facilitation, Tracking and Execution:

  • Design, execute, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding, ramping, and ongoing skill development programs for GTM teams, ensuring alignment with the broader GTM Enablement strategy.

  • Optimize Revenue Intelligence: Manage and optimize Gong to identify winning behaviors, track initiative adoption, and create "Gold Standard" libraries for the GTM org.

  • AI-Driven Coaching: Integrate AI tools like Yoodli into enablement experiences to provide scalable, automated role-play and communication coaching for market-facing teams.

  • Operational Efficiency with AI: Consistently leverage AI productivity tools to accelerate your own workflow, from content drafting and video editing to data analysis and program synthesis.

  • Develop, track, and oversee progress of assessments, certifications, and measurable outcomes for enablement programs, leveraging insights to make data-driven improvements.

  • Collaborate with the GTM Enablement team and cross-functional subject matter experts (SMEs) to create and deliver engaging content, including communications, live facilitation, templates, and playbooks.

  • Curate and maintain multi-modality learning content within our LMS and enablement platform, ensuring accessibility and alignment with team needs.

  • Contribute to the planning and facilitation of large-scale initiatives, such as annual kickoffs (SKO) and product launches.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with main stakeholders to assess enablement needs and translate them into actionable, impactful plans that drive team performance.

  • Support the collection and reporting efforts for enablement programs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize initiatives and accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in Sales, Customer Success, or GTM Enablement 

  • Full-Cycle Enablement: Proven ability to build programs from scratch, taking them from initial design and content creation to live facilitation and coaching.

  • Dynamic Facilitation: Comfortable commanding a in person or virtual room and adapting your style for everyone from new hires to seasoned GTM ICs and leaders.

  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with CRM, Enablement Platforms and LMS to organize knowledge and track impact.

  • Revenue Intelligence : Experience using revenue intelligence tools to identify winning behaviors and turn call insights into actionable coaching strategies.

  • AI Fluency & Curiosity: Active use of AI tools (or willingness to learn) to accelerate your own productivity and a passion for teaching GTM teams how to do the same.

  • Strategic Action: A "builder" mindset with high-impact execution of strategic planning, with the ability to manage multiple projects based on business needs.

  • Empathy-Led Design: Deep understanding of GTM pain points, with the ability to translate stakeholder needs into simple, effective enablement solutions.

As a full-time Sr. GTM Enablement Specialist, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000-$131,000. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
